Return Policy
All sales are final.
We do not accept refund or exchanges unless the items you purchased are defective.
If you receive a defective item, please via e-mail us with FULL details of the defective item. We will response to your email within 24hours, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defects and instructions for how to return the defective item.
Replacements can only be made when items are sent back as the items are shipped. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it, items cannot be torn, used, stained or with any sort of smell etc. If you are entitled to a replacement, we will replace the product without hesitation. In an event in which your item or size is not available, store credit can be issued or an exchange for a different item within the same pricing.

Sales Tax
Sales Tax is charged to those orders shipped within the states of New York.
For deliveries in New York state:
All apparel products excluding accessories under $110 are tax exempt.
The applicable tax rate is 8.875% for apparel products over $110.
*Bags and accessories are not considered apparel and are always taxable. The applicable tax rate for bags and accessories is 8.875%.
*Shoes are categorized as apparel.
Sales tax is not charged to orders shipped to any other states.
